Due to the construction work, the following arrangements will apply to courses, student clubs, and Sports Card holders using the Qingyong Hall B2 Badminton Courts, B2 Weight Training Room, and B1 Billiards Room starting from November 16, 2026 (Monday):

1. Physical education classes will be temporarily relocated to other venues. Students are requested to follow the instructions of their course instructors.
2. Sports-related student clubs are requested to arrange alternative venues for their activities on their own.
3. Sports Card holders will not be permitted to enter any indoor sports facilities during the closure period.
4. For Sports Cards issued on or before November 15, 2026(including November 16, 2026), the validity period will be automatically extended by three months. Extensions will be processed in batches through the system, and no application is required from cardholders.

Further announcements regarding the reopening date, the resumption of Sports Card applications, and whether additional validity extensions will be granted will be made based on the actual progress of the construction work.
